1. Acceptance

By accessing RWAfy, you agree to these terms. RWAfy is a decentralized protocol on Solana. All transactions are final and recorded on chain.

2. Risks

Crypto assets are volatile. Tokens launched on RWAfy may lose value. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and wallet security.

3. Creator Attestation

Creators must cryptographically attest ownership rights before tokenizing assets. The full scope of permitted content and the takedown process is defined in the Content Guidelines. False attestation may result in token delisting, fee forfeiture, and legal action.

4. No Warranties

RWAfy is provided as is. We make no guarantees about uptime, token performance, or protocol behavior beyond what is encoded in the smart contracts.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to decentralized protocols. Disputes should be resolved through community governance.
